Parking
There are a number of surface parking lots near the College of Law. (View map)
The College of Law does not endorse any particular parking facility. However, covered parking is available at the Elm Street Garage, located at 2000 Elm St. The garage provides direct access to the law library via a skybridge.
Elm Street Garage daily parking information:
- Parking system: The garage is run by Metropolis, using a license plate-based parking system that automatically identifies vehicles upon entry and exit. No physical tickets or parking passes are required.
- Daily rate: The standard daily parking rate is $18.
- Student discounted rate: College of Law students may reduce their daily parking rate to $6 by scanning the QR code available at the security desk.
- Re-entry: Daily parking does not include in-and-out privileges.
- Special events: Parking rates may vary during special events.
Please note that rates are subject to change by the garage in the future.
Transportation & Transit
- DART light rail: The College of Law is located approximately four blocks south of the St. Paul Station.
- Bus service: Multiple DART bus routes and additional transit stops serve downtown Dallas.
- Walking and biking: Pedestrian pathways and bicycle racks are available near both College of Law buildings.
